Cutting Oils

Description:

This is specially compounded emulsifying oil, which readily mixes with water. It forms homogeneous and exceptionally stable emulsions. It is used in the machining and grinding of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In general, the richer emulsions are used for more difficult jobs and lean oil / water mixtures are used where massive cooling is required. Always add ‘oil’ to water when preparing emulsions.
